Position: Customer Success Manager

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 basic + OTE

Are you an experience Customer Success Manager with experience having worked in a SaaS Start-up environment and are you looking for a new opportunity?

The Company:

This SaaS business creates productivity software for a global audience across the UK, U.S, Australia and New Zealand. They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to represent the voice of the customer for their brand-new communication and productivity tool, liaising with marketing, sales and development for all client needs.

With offices located in Cambridge to match their friendly, go-getting and passionate team, you will benefit from working for an extremely financially stable organisation with the excitement and energy of an agile start-up. You will play an integral part in reporting on what is being done and how it can improve! With the opportunity to earn a commission package on top of your basic.

The Role:

  • Successfully on-board and convert users to the platform to deliver maximum revenue
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the business
  • Liaise with all marketing, sales and development teams with customer needs.
  • Be very hands on - doing user demos, on-boarding training sessions, phone users, host webinars, send emails, use intercom chat to connect with customers.
  • Attend trade shows to develop and nurture relationships with key industry professionals
  • Identify future potential use cases that would improve conversation and understand the industry/competitors.

The candidate:

  • Customer focused experience within a software business to ensure you can hit the ground running.
  • Ideally experience having worked in a start-up environment - wearing many hats!
  • Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team.
