Following a recent round of funding, this unicorn company is now on the lookout for a SINGAPORE based Cyber Security Support Engineer to join this rapidly expanding business.


  • Providing operations support to enterprise customers across APAC
  • Responding and reporting on open tickets during critical customer events
  • Working closely with customers and software development teams


  • Fresh graduates in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering with a 2nd Class Honours (Upper) or higher
  • Ideally 1-2 years of working experience in a customer support position
  • Experience in Linux and any Scripting languages
  • Have a diplomatic approach when engaging with customers
  • Interest in the cyber security field
  • Fluent in English and one other Asian language (due to customers located in the regions)
