As a D2D sales manager you will be working for a fast growing food start-up business. They are a food subscription business that pride themselves on exceptional products and industry leading client servicing. They have won awards for being the best at what they do, the best start up and have an award winning CEO.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a step up in their career to lead and develop a brand new team. Working closely with the sales direct on all aspects of setting up, recruiting and training a team.

The Role
As a D2D Sales manager you will be integral to building a world class door to door sales team and drive growth from this channel. You will be involved in strategy, recruitment, training, on boarding and ultimately manage the team and growth. No two days will be the same you will split your time between the office and the field meeting their fantastic client base.

The Person
A really exciting role for someone with full sales life cycle experience, with an understanding of face to face sales. A passion for food is a must, along with the following requirements:
*Experience in people management
*Understanding of the door to door sales process
*Commercial mind set - understanding of KPIs & target setting
*Customer service obsessed
*Career driven attitude
*Positive attitude and a can do approach
