Salary: £20K - £25K OTE

Are you a motivated Delegate Sales Executive, looking for a new role to further your skills and benefit from amazing progression?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, global conference company, specialising in producing top-class financial conferences. With a decade of experience, they have established themselves as specialists in the market and their events are well known by industry experts. As a Delegate and Sponsorship Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling high value tickets to their events, as well as selling high-value sponsorship packages to companies. As part of your role, you will be building strong commercial relationships with senior stakeholders and directors of international brands. And through business development, you will be building strong and effective relationships with your clients. Working towards achievable targets, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on your sales and many other benefits. With the added bonus of potential International Travel to Conferences hosted in Europe, Middle East and Asia!

The Role:

- Developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts to increase revenue
- Researching business development opportunities to secure new business
- Understanding the industry and current market trends to discuss and engage with prospective clients
- Meet weekly and monthly targets to ensure company revenue objectives are met
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries and supporting paperwork to ensure no opportunities are missed

The Candidate:

- Excellent verbal communication will allow you to build rapport with the delegates
- A positive and resilient attitude will keep you performing to the highest level which will ensure you hit you targets and earn your full bonus
- With your tenacious and target driven attitude you will have the great success in selling packages to meet the need of the high-end clients
- Excellent organisational skills and time-management skills to allow you to triumphantly manage your workload to ensure you have a stress free schedule

- Must have 3 to 6 months B2B sales experience
