The Role

  • Own the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to obtain feedback on quality of leads generated from marketing campaigns and to track full funnel marketing metrics and provide recommendations.
  • Measure, analyse, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership;
  • Understand and build a picture of prospects' businesses - investigating latest news and conducting STEEPLE analyses.
  • Partner closely with marketing and management teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalisation and advertising.

The Person

  • Ideally at least 4+ years' proven success in a similar demand generation role;
  • Proven track record of delivering quality leads and meetings to senior sales team;
  • Strong experience of opening doors, navigating gatekeepers etc;
  • Commercially focused & driven with the ability to work towards metrics & manage budgets;
  • A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills;
  • Passionate about digital marketing;
  • Highly numerate & analytical with ability to discover valuable insights from data sets and take initiative;
