Digital Account Director .

As the Digital Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all Paid Social and Display activity across all clients, mainly focusing on the largest client for the agency. You will manage a team and you will lead on Strategy, Innovation, and New Business!

The Role:

• Responsible for acting as the point of escalation for all assigned Paid Social and Display clients.
• Responsible for managing a team and managing staff training and development. Managing a team of 5 plus.
• Responsible for growing clients' Paid Social accounts.
• Responsible for supporting the Head of Client Services with new business and best practices.
• Responsible for representing the agency at industry events.

The Candidate:

• 4 years plus experience in Paid Social and Display marketing.
• Experienced in managing client relationships.
• Experienced in managing a team.
• Experienced in supporting new business and pitches.
