Are you a Digital Analytics expert who would relish the opportunity work for an exciting independent media agency?

This award-winning independent media planning and buying agency based in Central London work with a bespoke array of household name clients, delivering innovative media campaigns designed to engage their ever-growing customer base. As the digital data analyst in the Insight & Analytics team, you will work with a variety of data providing actionable insights to their clients. You will benefit from an incredible company culture and a varied nature of work, where no two days are the same.
Growing every day, they now have over 200 people and have recently won a range of big-name clients. They have also won a range of awards and accolades including agency of the year, whilst consistently featuring in the Sunday Times best 100 small companies to work for.

The Role:

- Is responsible for campaign analysis on a granular level, to drive growth and deliver on client requests
- Will involve analysing data across a variety of online channels to make suggestions on improving their measurement and performance
- Oversees the use of Google Tag Manager and other digital tools for understanding the data layer and all tagging needs for clients
- Will oversee the building out of the CRO and UX function, whilst undertaking attribution studies and trend finding to improve digital activity across the board

The Candidate:

- Will have a background in media or a media agency environment to compliment a holistic understanding of media data sources
- Would have demonstrable commercial experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Management for web analytics to effectively monitor online performance
- Should evidence experience with tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau and Datarama to hit the ground running
- Knowledge of other programming tools such as SQL, R, or Python would be a big plus
- Will have good experience implementing and running advanced analytics projects to confidently undertake client requests
