The Company:
A leading media company who specialise in a range of print and online products are looking for a Digital Data Insight Analyst to join their team. You will be supporting the wider analytics and subscriptions team to drive customer engagement and traffic through analysis, insights and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity where you will benefit from working for an established company who provide a fantastic working culture, great benefits and training and you will have exposure to working with people at all levels across the business.

The Role:
* Working closely with the Business Intelligence team to assist with the automation of reports on a weekly and monthly basis including MVT analysis and conversion funnel, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Analysing digital data sets using web analytics tools i.e Omniture (Adobe) and identifying trends that are conveyed to senior stakeholders across the business
* Providing recommendations and solutions to help drive the commercial element of the business through reports and presenting the findings
* Working with data source owners to ensure that they have access to the key data they need and that it is accurate, automated and timely.

Requirements:
* Experience in delivering customer and digital data analysis
* Working knowledge of Excel and web analytics tools such as Omniture (Adobe) preferred or Google Analytics
* Commercially minded with experience working in a large, fast paced, media or subscriptions environment
* Action-oriented and self-motivated; ability to successfully balance multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
* Confident in communicating technical information to people at all levels across the business and form strong working relationships
* Ability to tell stories from data
* Experience using data visualisation tools, ideally Tableau or Qlikview
* Any experience with other tools/platforms such as SQL, Hitiwse, Google Play, R or Faststats would be an added bonus
