Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Design Manager, at our Tamworth Office in the UK.

As a Digital Design Manager, you will lead the Business Service Design team that is responsible for designing Business Services within the global Customer Interaction team (areas of responsibility span eCommerce, Web, Mobile, CRM, and Marketing areas), and will enhance our digital presence in the Retail sector.

Required Skills:

• Qualified to 2:1 degree level or equivalent
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and senior business leaders
• Experience working within service design, business change, customer-centric transformation, eCommerce or digital transformation
• Previous management experience
• Comfortable and familiar with technology in the sphere of Loyalty and Customer Interaction
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and excellent numerical skills
