The Role

In this role, you will have responsibility over community, content, and e-commerce campaigns, with a focus on D2C market.

This role will include:

• Working across the Amazon and e-bay platforms to drive e-commerce platforms for the brand.
• Utilising analytics and insights to understand how consumer behaviours across channels, how to market to audience and to come up with new ideas.
• Working in an agile and busy environment.
• Getting exposure across all channels and understanding how to use them.
• Managing two junior digital specialist - ensuring their role satisfaction and development.

Main criteria for the position

• Solid experience with e-commerce marketing, Amazon and e-bay experience required.
• Very comfortable with using data, analytics, and insights to understand consumer behaviour and to determine future campaigns.
• Experienced with most, if not all digital marketing channels from a campaign management perspective as well as planning and strategy. Channels include e-commerce, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Ideally some experience with team management.
• Thrive in a busy and start up environment.
• A passion for all things digital and art.
