Therefore they are looking to bring in an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to create and deliver a strategy to drive the continued growth of the business in a very competitive market. The Role:

* As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will strategically plan and guide all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Moz, email, social media and advertising campaigns.
* Monitor and evaluate PPC campaigns on a line by line basis and by brand to assist the company in meeting and exceeding targets within budget.
* Working on best practice to optimise the company's organic growth and social media presence
* Utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns to provide insights to the teams within a monthly KPI report

The Candidate:

* Having prior and proven experience working in a similar digital marketing position with a focus on website and performance marketing is key to this position
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising strategic digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
