The client is the world's number one media company dedicated to luxury boats and superyachts. They are responsible for producing luxury publications as well as showstopping award ceremonies and business events.

They are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their digital team to oversee all marketing and CRM activity for their luxury publications, industry leading market intelligence and to work closely with the events director on the marketing for their world leading super yacht events.

This role will be a 12 month FTC (Mat Cover) with the long term goal to become perm.

The role offers both remote working and a safe covid friendly office space in South West London.

They are offering up to £50,000k basic salary

The Role

  • Oversee the management and development of the CRM channel and all marketing comms for the business, including daily newsletter communications, product marketing comms etc.
  • Ownership of the development and optimisation of CRM programs across all products and systems.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all marketing and CRM campaigns and activities,
  • Ownership of all B2B and B2C marketing communications, including management of optimisation and testing.
  • Work closely with the creative department on the development of all print and digital marketing assets.
  • Ownership and management of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

The Person

  • Between 5-7 years' experience in CRM and marketing is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Senior CRM position.
  • Excellent knowledge of ESPs, specifically Salesforce, Marketing Cloud
  • Good understanding of PPC and remarketing techniques, and how to deliver subscriptions value through paid activity in these channels
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in superyachting and luxury lifestyle is preferred
