Divisional Lead - Interim/Contract Recruitment Team

The Role

A fantastic opportunity to join a very reputable specialist company to launch a contract/interim division. You'll be able to leverage from many established client relationships across the financial services market selling contract recruitment solutions to them whilst also developing new client relationships. You'll be a key member of the management team and as your role grows, you will recruit a team around you.

The Company

Just under 10 years old this company specialise predominantly within the Financial Services and Sales Recruitment markets. Their culture is professional and inclusive, yet autonomous, where every opportunity has been taken to fully support and develop their employees, resulting in some very impressive NFI performances. They offer some great incentives including a very competitive commission structure, car allowance incentives, European annual trip targets, over achievement bonuses, ability to earn an extra day holiday per quarter and much much more.

Your Profile

You will be a seasoned contract or interim recruiter, ideally within a professional services market such as Financial Services, Insurance, HR, or Accountancy and Finance. You'll be hungry to succeed and climb the career ladder. A guarantee will be considered for those walking away from a contractor book.
