The Role

* Work with a growing range of corporate blue-chip and SME patent clients, to enhance your already established relationships with external stakeholders
* Clients range from telecommunications providers and medical devices to aerospace and electronic equipment companies, as well as academic research.
* As an Electronics/Physics Patent Attorney, you will be a part of a highly commercial working culture where attorneys feel at home and are given autonomy to prioritise their workloads
* Given the freedom to advise clients on their strategic direction, which will give more exposure to the practical application of patents

The Person

* Being a part-qualified patent attorney, you will be able to apply your core drafting and prosecuting skills, coupled with contentious experience to a range of technologies
* A track record in business development will allow you to hit the ground running and feel content liaising with clients from day one
* Previous experience with a range of electronics, telecommunications and software related technologies will help with current clients and their respective IP filing strategies
* A commercial and proactive aptitude to developing a modern practice will enable you to influence decision makers at all levels
