The Role

* You will be working within a very highly regarded team, reporting in at Partner level - but with such a varied client portfolio, work may also be distributed via other senior fee-earners on a case by case basis.

* Their range of clients is excellent - from large blue-chip global organisations to SMEs and University start-ups.

* There is a rare blend of technology to include telecommunications, medical devices, software and IT related work - much of it UK originating, so drafting levels are high.

As you progress with your own experience, the company invest in your longer-term potential by providing a meritocratic career framework that is wholly transparent.

The Person

* You are a part-qualified/finalist level Patent Attorney with a minimum of 2 years private practice or in-house experience having already passed the UK Foundation examinations.

* Your 1st Class Honours Degree background should be Electronic Engineering or Physics related, and you will have already gained some direct client exposure in your current role.

*Drafting and prosecution experience is essential for this position. Ideally you will have gained experience of working in a team-oriented IP environment, and your interpersonal and commercial skills should be exemplary.
