The Role

* You will be working within a highly regarded technology team, reporting in at Partner level - but with such a varied client portfolio, work may also be distributed via other senior fee-earners on a case by case basis, providing plenty of pioneering casesloads.

* Their range of clients is excellent; from large blue-chip global organisations to SMEs and University start-ups.

* Exposure to a pioneering blend of technology to include telecommunications, medical devices and computer-implemented inventions - much of it UK originating, so drafting levels are high. They value high-touch relationships with all clients.

The Person

* You are a Finalist or recently qualified UK/European Patent Attorney with a minimum of 3 years private practice or in-house experience. You typically relish direct client relationships, offering objectively sound legal advice.

* Your Degree background should be Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or Physics related, and you will have already gained some direct client exposure in your current role.

*Drafting and prosecution experience is essential for this position. Ideally you will have gained experience of working in a team-oriented IP environment, and your interpersonal and commercial skills should be exemplary.
