The Role

* As a self-starting, proactive and commercially astute part-qualified Patent Attorney, you enjoy immersing yourself in new technology.
* Developing a growing client portfolio across a range of AI, Electronics, Physics and Computer Science sectors
* With an aptitude for client development, you'll enjoy advising potential clients of all aspects on their respective IP strategies.
* You will join an existing team of like-minded Attorneys who have already established clients, and pivoted with key accounts. Core drafting and prosecution skills will be required from the outset.


The Person

* Possessing a broad understanding of technical competencies within the electronics, physics, software and computer science sectors, you thrive on understanding emerging technology.
* Being Part-Qualified/Finalist from either private practice or industry, your commercially driven attitude will enable you to attract and retain clients on a local, national and international scale.
* Previous client-facing experience is sought-after, and an ability to develop and nurture key accounts will be invaluable.
