The Role
* Working with leading partners in the profession, you will be given the opportunity to work with a range of small, medium and large clients to include SME's and university spin-outs
* Your professional development will be nurtured by being part of a dedicated and resourceful structure that encourages meritocracy at all levels
* If you have a keen passion for business development, then this unique position will allow you to develop you networking skills by nurturing your own client portfolios
* Exposure to contentious areas of IP to include oppositions/appeals is encouraged from an early stage, which will enable you to become a more rounded attorney

The Person
* You will be foundation qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience of drafting and prosecuting for a range of clients from either industry or private practice
* Previous private practice or industry involvement will mean you are familiar with patent prosecuting and will be comfortable adapting to changing developments
* Being commercially astute and possessing strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to liaise with key stakeholders from day one
* A background in either electronics, physics or software will ensure you have the skill set to pick up a range of electrical biased technologies
