The Person

You're a UK and/or European Qualified Patent Attorney (CPA/EPA) with a background in Electronics, Telecoms or IT. As a self-managing attorney, you'll immediately contribute to an established team, as well as helping to shape the firm's future. You should be adept at liaising with a range of stakeholders and can manage several patent portfolios with minimal supervision.

Finalist level candidates would also be seriously considered.

The Role

This is a newly created position, and one where you'll be blessed with a burgeoning diet of work to immerse yourself in. You'll deal with clients on a daily basis , maintaining existing relations, and also spotting new opportunities to expand your network.

Drafting and Prosecution will make up a large part of your role, drawing on your existing knowledge and expertise. You'll also be exposed to Opinion work to guide clients with their own development plans, so a strong commercial eye will serve you well.

Team work is wholly encouraged and supported, so you'll be integrated to working closely with Partners and Associates from the outset.

The Company

This firm's working environment is hugely rewarding, and can offer more than traditional practice models. This is a firm that can really open your eyes to career opportunities based on merit and talent, all within a supportive and inclusive working culture.

Collaboration with other offices is commonplace, as attorneys feel included at all levels of experience so team-players really thrive here.

This is also a fantastic opportunity for someone to strike a balance between work and life aspirations. Why wouldn't you be attracted to working in a vibrant city in the midst of the Cotswold countryside?
