Email Coordinator.

The client is a leading global contemporary fashion brand, with clothing stores worldwide. They have been established since 2007 and are globally recognised for original style concepts with an essence of luxury.

They are now on the lookout for an experienced Email Coordinator to join their European Regional Marketing Team to oversee all email marketing initiatives, through planning, briefing and scheduling marketing projects in accordance with central business goals.

You will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for developing, building and publishing newsletters across several markets.

The ideal candidate will have previous working experience in email marketing, plus ideally within the fashion industry

This is a full time permanent position paying up to £35k plus 22 days holiday, 25% discount on clothes, cycling scheme etc.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within the regional digital marketing team, creating efficient information and workflow towards overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion and revenue
• Test all newsletters before sending to ensure layout is responsive with different devices and email providers.
• Create newsletter templates and content blocks based on digital design guidelines.
• Co-ordinate copy translations with agency, ensuring deadlines are met for translation submissions.

The Person

• At least 2 years' experience working in email marketing ideally within the fashion industry
• Good understanding of Google Analytics and Attribution Models
• Experienced in digital visual presentation either through studies or practical experience
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills
