Our client has over 10 years of experience across training and development and provide award winning and global leading training programmes to businesses around the world.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Enterprise Sales team and drive revenue forward through a combination of new business and returning clients on a brand new venture. You will be building a portfolio of high value corporate clients from the ground up. You will become an expert in your field, and confidently offer clients with a bespoke training solution to better serve their business.

The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, love problem solving, and be extremely driven.

The Role

• Researching and engaging with Senior VPs, C-suite level executives globally via telephone and face to face.
• Grow revenue and maximise earning potential from building your own client base.
• Develop a consistent sales plan, strategy, and pipeline.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
• Understanding clients and business needs and challenges and offering a tangible solution.

• Proven new business hunter with experience of reaching and exceeding targets.
• Demonstrate initiative and curiosity and ability to understand a complex sale process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with key decision makers.
• Tenacity and drive to ensure morale is kept high and the desire to go above and beyond.
