Ethnicity Programme Lead.

My client is an exciting organisation with a passion for Diversity.

This role is working with a strategic team to plan and manage an over-arching strategic programme focused on improving the recruitment, retention, promotion of ethnically diverse professionals, at first in the UK, US and SA but expanding globally.

This programme is structured as a set of 6 workstreams which each require programme oversight and guidance and ultimately coordinating and sequencing to deliver a high impact set of actions. The workstreams are focused on:

1) Data goals and governance

2) Recruiting,

3) Culture and Mindset,

4) Development

5) External presence and

6) ERG Community Engagement.

It is absolutely essential that you can demonstrate experience to 'deliver' and project manage projects in the I&D space.

The role requires prior I&D experience and knowledge, strong organisational and people programme experience. Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills are also a must.
