Event Executive.

An exciting opportunity has a risen with a leading conference company in central London, to join the events team as an Events Executive.

This role will be working over a number of live and virtual events with responsibilities including;

• Ensuring venues are fully briefed

• Maintaining relationships with speakers and obtaining presentations

• Creating conference documentation

• Conducting site visits

• Liaising with Event sponsors

• Working with the sponsorship team to ensure sponsorship requirements have been met

Candidates applying to this role, should have at least 1 years events experience, ideally within a conference setting. You must have excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, Strong MS skills and be highly organised and able to multi-task.
