About the company:

Events are in training courses, conferences and forums aimed at a target audience and are held in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The company are growing and has unique plans for 2023 and 2024.

About the role of an Events Manager:

The Event Manager is responsible for supporting the events team in the planning and delivering of our corporate conferences.

• Produce a detailed proposal for the event after receiving a brief from the client
• Research venues, suppliers and contractors and negotiate hire and prices
• Manage a coordinate all event logistics
• Manage pre-event planning and organise guest speakers and delegate packs
• Coordinate the event on the day of and troubleshoot any issues

About you:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Able to negotiate with key suppliers
• Able to problem-solve and find solutions to issues
