Event Manager.

Are you experienced in event operations and looking to join a growing international events company? This opportunity is for you!

Our client, an events specialist; who thrive on creating educational and interactive conferences within health care and tech, is looking to add an Event Manager to their fast growing, talented London based team.

This is an opportunity to support the planning and delivery of corporate conferences across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering flexible, hybrid working (3 days a week from their Uxbridge office) and salaries of £30-35K + bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Produce a detailed proposal for the event after receiving a brief from the client
• Research venues, suppliers and contractors and negotiate hire and prices
• Manage a coordinate all event logistics
• Manage pre-event planning and organise guest speakers and delegate packs
• Coordinate the event on the day of and troubleshoot any issues

The Person:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with key suppliers
• Problem-solving and solution mindset
