Events Producer / Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Salary: £40k - £50k
We're working with a fast-growing, award-winning experiential agency delivering world-class events and brand experiences for global clients. From large-scale conferences and exhibitions to product launches and immersive brand activations, they specialise in creating high-impact, human-first experiences.
They're now looking for a Senior Producer / Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, creative projects end-to-end.
You'll take ownership of large-scale event projects (typically £500K+), working across ideation, planning, and delivery. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with creative, production, and strategy teams to bring innovative concepts to life.
You'll also play a key role in client management, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to new business opportunities.
Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of live, experiential events
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Oversee suppliers, production partners, and cross-functional teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Anticipate risks and problem-solve proactively
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic input and solutions
Lead project updates, communications, and post-event debriefs
Financial Management
Manage budgets (multi-currency) including forecasting, PO's, and reconciliation
Ensure commercial success and margin control
Creative & Strategy
Collaborate with creative teams on concept development and pitching
Understand how live experiences align with brand strategy
Contribute to innovative, high-impact ideas
Team & Business Contribution
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals
Identify opportunities for repeat and new business growth
~7+ years' experience in live events / experiential / event agency environment
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects (£500K+)
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisation, budgeting, and project management ability
Experience working across creative, production, and strategy teams
Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: £40k-£50k
