Event/Conference Manager.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Event Coordinator/Manager, to join a busy team in one of the leading events companies in London.

Responsibilities include:

1. managing all event administration, including incident response plans, sustainability worksheets, accreditation administration and providing data for post event meetings
2. uploading Video On Demand onto the virtual event platform
3. provide Sponsorship (or data delivery team) with post event data reports
4. circulate final attendee lists, provide accounts with no show/no pay, list of VIP no shows to VIP manager.
5. Prepare and upload FAQ's onto the system for each Virtual event.
6. Book staffing space in the office (as necessary) during the live virtual event days
7. Continually review processes and practice to eliminate obsolete work-flows and tools with little customer value or ROI, validating with the teams central leads.

Candidates applying to this role will need to be available to start work within 7 days and have previous experience of running the logistics of an event.

NB: This is a part time role starting at 25 hours per week, with an increase in hours towards the event in September.
