Senior Finance Manager

WeAreAspire are currently working with a London based start-up looking for a senior finance manager to take control of the structure, process and ownership of the team. This role is all about having you own the strategy & long-term vision to lead the finance team and grow into a finance director position.

Role: Senior Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid & Flexible - Central London Based office.

Salary: £65,000 £70,000.

Interview deadline - Process to be finished by the 31st January.

Requirements:

• Ideally from a start-up/small company and have set up a finance structure + process from scratch.
• Manage a team of 3 who currently manage Bookkeeping, Buying and Reporting.
• Suggest and implement best practices from your own experience.
• Strong User of both Excel and Xero
