The Senior CRM Executive's role will be to deliver retention, customer loyalty and in-life campaigns to support the wider marketing team. The main functions of this role will include segmentation, personalisation and CRM strategy.

The Role:
* Working with the Senior CRM Manager on end-to-end project for targeted campaign development and execution, including briefing, proofing, QC, offer code generation, execution and measurement
* Developing and optimising campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, win-back and loyalty through collaborating with CRM, Brand, Trade, UX and Analytics teams
* Using your initiative and identifying opportunities to launch new campaigns, develop new content or offers for targeted segments to deliver incremental margin and improve customer experience
* Briefing data requirements and campaign workflows to ensure campaigns are built, developed and executed accurately in line with CRM contact strategy
* Ongoing reporting of campaign results to showcase successes, highlight challenges and enable continuous optimisation of CRM activity

The Candidate:
* With your experience in data driven CRM and retention activity, ideally across both digital and print
* Your strong experience with Data and Analytics will enable you to improve the effective work flow of the CRM system and contribute greatly to CRM strategies
* Your experience of working with multiple stakeholders, will allow you to or effectively with internal teams to deliver CRM campaign
* Working knowledge of HTML and CSS will give you the opportunity to build email templates
* Your experience testing and learning, so you're able to optimise campaigns, using your Ongoing reporting of campaign results to showcase successes, highlight challenges and enable continuous optimisation of CRM activity
