The Global Operations Director will lead this network agencies Data Driven Marketing Services Team. This role involves working with a cross-agency team within a luxury car brand, to define a best in class approach to data and technology and developing a service to support the implementation of advanced media planning and buying approaches by local markets.

You will lead on day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that the different elements run smoothly together; that the team are clear on their roles/responsibilities and that the interaction with stakeholders operates efficiently to act as a point of escalation.

The Role

  • You will report into the Global Business Lead
  • You will act as a point of contact for external local and regional stakeholders such as partner agencies within the wider group, local and regional within your client and broader communications eco-system
  • Ensure regional stakeholders are clear on roles and responsibilities, and that they are being adhered too
  • Report up into management on operations, challenges, and opportunities
  • Define best practice to share with markets and centre
  • Provide overall management and delivery of projects in partnership with the broader client and agency leadership team

The Candidate

  • Direct technical experience with digital media technology solutions (including ad-serving, programmatic, search and social)
  • Understanding of on-site personalisation solutions and audience strategy
  • Experience with defining multi-market audience strategy leveraging key data solutions such as CDPs
  • Define in partnership with broader team, media opportunities based on technical innovations
  • Direct programmatic and/or marketing tech experience, experience in biddable media, media planning or marketing tech at either a digital agency or client-side
  • Strong technical knowledge of programmatic and marketing technology elements, including able to scope projects, foresee hurdles and be the go-to person for programmatic questions. Direct experience with Google Marketing Platform preferred
