The company
Our client is looking for a graduate business development executive to join their existing sales team to go into a lead generation role. Focusing on developing their client base of small to medium businesses, selling bespoke legal software technology. This company has been developing this software for over 10 years and has almost doubled in size in the last 5 years! The technologies they supply provide solutions to legal firms to manage their entire practice in one easy application. This role includes benefits such as a great bonus structure, gym membership discounts, work social nights out and 30 days holiday not including bank holidays! This role is not one to miss!

The role

  • To assist the sales team in selling these packages to legal companies around the UK
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities whilst ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded where possible
  • Business Development, telephone work, account management, meetings and market analysis
  • This role involves a lot of client relationship and account management, the clients may be small start up solicitors, therefore they need to know the products they are purchasing are worth their time and money
  • There is opportunity to progress into a consultative business development management role

About you

  • Degree education to a 2:1 or above
  • Previous sales experience is not essential but would help you to hit the ground running
  • Motivation to progress with a hard-working attitude
  • Excellent phone manner, communication and written skills
  • Money-motivated and strong drive for results and hitting targets
  • Resilient, professional, entrepreneurial and most importantly organised
