Buying a care can be a difficult, daunting and inefficient process and this exciting business is set to disrupt the automotive sector from day one. They are new business unit within a hugely successful pan European cash rich company and are looking to hire a team of Graduate Customer Services Executives to establish this new unit, who will be regarded as the best customer services team in the world. The role

As a Graduate Customer Services Executive you will:

* Be the first point of contact for all potential buyers and will need to build strong relationships to ensure that you fully understand their needs
* Work with the extended client services team to produce and roll out new client services strategies and processes
* Ensure that you are thinking both reactive and proactively as possible to offer solutions to issues and anticipate issues before they arise
* Manage the entire process from initial enquiry to car delivery so that each customer's journey is as smooth and satisfying as possible

Your profile:

* With your previous experience in a customer service role you will be adept at managing processes that will ensure maximum levels of customer engagement
* Your positive and engaging phone manner will ensure that you are able to build rapport with all customers and fully identify what their needs are
* Your ability to build rapport with clients and taking ownership of their customer service is absolutely critical
* Your accountable nature will empower you to make positive change to the business and be successful in this growing organisation
