The role

As a Graduate Insight Executive, you will support insight analytics initiatives within the company. You will report to the Insights Manager, whilst working closely with a range of teams, such as editorial, sales, and marketing across the organisation. You will be involved in all phases of the research project, with the main focus on developing insights and creating reports. These reports will guide the strategic decisions impacting brand, editorial, and commercial revenue across their extensive portfolio of brands. You are expected to have a passion for media trends, consumer behaviour, and publishing, as well as an interest in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

Key duties

• As a Graduate Insight Executive, your duties include analysing research data to undercover insights and find trends and patterns among a range of audiences.
• Assist your team in project management of large scale advertising effectiveness research studies
• Deliver regular reports on audience and engagement growth across platforms, ranging by brand and overall
• Create insightful presentations and develop new and creative ways to visualise presentation data in engaging slides
• Maintain exceptional standards of communication and stakeholder engagement

Skills & Experience

• Outstanding analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• A clear understanding and interest in the advertising and media landscape across digital, print, social, and video
• Adequate experience with Microsoft Office or Google Products
• Highly numerate and competent in working with data
• Desire to learn tools quickly and ability to dig deeper into discovering advanced and exceptional ways to surface insights.
