Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive

Location: London

Salary: £22k-£25k

The Job:

This opportunity is a great starting point, focused on candidate acquisition, with a plan to develop into a Consultant where you would be both client and candidate facing, generating new business, with revenue targets.

The clients are generally across Media, Technology, Consumer, Arts & Charity organisations. Ranging from global brands such as WPP, Sony Music & Royal Mail to high growth SMEs. They deliver permanent roles with salaries ranging from £120-30k and core accounting roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Finance Controller, Financial Planning Manager and Management/Financial Accountants.

Responsibilities:

• Support and resource for the Consultants to generate a higher volume and better-quality candidate network
• Interviewing and assessing candidates face to face
• Compiling of shortlists for permanent and interim briefs
• Participate in client meetings
• Ongoing administration, such as CRM management, advertising roles and shortlist preparation
• Build a professional network in an industry vertical i.e. Technology or Media
• Lots of daily ad hoc challenges, in a very fast paced evolving environment!

Skills & Experience:

• Degree educated with good academics
• An entrepreneurial spirit, with a daily energy to make things happen and be unique
• A desire to provide an honest, career centric customer service
• An inquisitive approach to work
• Presentable and confident to engage with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and professional grade
• Good IT skills; outlook, Microsoft office
