How does working for a world-renowned employee engagement agency that's been established since the mid 90's sound?

Aspire are currently working with an exciting market leading employee benefit and expense solution provider based in Central London. Having been around since the mid 90's they are operating in almost every country worldwide! Due to impressive growth in the last 12 months, they are now looking to expand the team further. In a newly created role, they are looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to generate revenue from a combined stream of existing clients as well as business developing new clients. In return, you will benefit by getting thorough training and development to ensure you succeed as well as s competitive benefits package including the following; Season ticket loan, life assurance, flexible working as well as an incredible Luncheon Voucher worth £990 per annum!

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing existing relationships to ensure revenue maximization form clients
  • Work closely with Marketing to generate contacts ensuring you have contacts to call and business develop
  • Cold calling new businesses/contacts including large companies, sales managers as well as retail companies to book meetings and educate them on our services initiating the sales process.
  • Act as a consultant, understand businesses and the way they work to ensure you can offer a solution-based offering.

You should be:

  • Degree educated as it demonstrates an eagerness to learn more.
  • Be self-motivated to always remain engaged and aim to over-achieve
  • Target driven as you will be targeted on KPI's and revenue.
  • Inquisitive in nature and be a good problem solver to truly offer a consultative service.
