Trainee Resourcing Consultant, or Trainee Recruitment Consultant opportunity - Financial Services Recruitment

The Role

Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets, you will start your career as either a Resourcing Consultant where you job will be to source candidates for niche exciting financial services roles on a UK wide basis, or you will be Trainee Recruitment Consultant where your role will involve the full recruitment cycle within the lucrative Permanent or Contract Financial Services Recruitment sector. You will start off sourcing, interviewing and speaking to candidates utilising a number of different recruitment tools and then learn how to develop business relationships and obtain new vacancies, quickly managing the full process through to placement. You will receive fantastic training and coaching to develop your sales skills, and be quickly encouraged to take on further responsibilities. It is not unusual to reach management level within as little as 2-3 years within this company!

Your Profile

As a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant or Resourcing Consultant you will ideally be a Graduate or Graduate calibre candidate who has had either had some exposure to a Recruitment Sales environment previously, or had previous Sales experience in a targeted Sales role, although this experience is not absolutely essential. Most importantly you must be money hungry, process driven, entrepreneurial and highly focused. Throughout your life to date, you will have been a 'winner' in some capacity whether it be sport, academics or something else, and can give examples to prove this. You will be well presented, bright and you must have a good understanding of Recruitment Sales and be ready to commit to a long-term career with a highly rewarding and exciting company.
