The client is a leading national standards body, working to help organisations better develop and publish industry specific standards. They offer global solutions across 183 countries and work with a range of industry sectors.

They are now looking for a Global Head of Brand Development to join the Group Marketing team.

As the Global Head of Brand Development, you will be leading the brand strategy and pivotal changes as the company realigns and adapts its presence.

This is a full time permanent opportunity offering up to £85k basic salary plus 15% bonus and flexible working with scope for it to be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll be leading the processes for the global brand strategy including brand guidelines, promotion, creative design and delivering a unified client experience across all geographies, accounts and sectors
  • This is a highly collaborative role, where you'll be working with territory marketers and leaders to develop new ways of thinking and partnership
  • Working collaboratively across departments to ensure omnichannel brand campaigns are aligned with core brand values, global themes and commercial objectives
  • Direct line management of 3 reports and some external vendors

The Person:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a brand development position for a B2B, B2B2C or B2B2Government brand
  • Global team management experience
  • Proven experience of planning, developing and successfully executing multiple simultaneous and creative brand building media campaigns
  • Able to make complex issues easy to understand and interesting
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
