Group Head of Sales - B2B Media & Events

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international B2B Communications business.

The primary goal of this role is to motivate, coach, improve and develop sales teams and their leaders with the aim of developing their skills to improve results and ultimately revenue.

This role will involve getting hands on with sales people, analysing their skills, coaching, mentoring, training and recruiting, with the aim of driving teams to product targets and the overall group sales target.

In particular expanding the sales teams ability to portfolio sell, incorporating creative solutions, content marketing and wider solutions to maximise revenue potential.

You will be responsible for liasing with the marketing team to develop an integrated approach to promoting media brands and events and enhance brand value.

Your Profile

You will be a highly motivated, driven, self starting, pragmatic and results orientated leader ideally with a background in advertising or exhibition sales management. You will have a passion for sales and a passion to develop and improve sales people, with the ability to create a camaraderie around a sales team. You will be able to promote a learning environment through leadership and example, driving to generate new revenue streams.
