Job Title: Growth Marketing Associate

Location: London

Salary: £35k-£45k

The Job:

You'll be responsible for running online marketing channels (PPC, Facebook/Youtube) as well as assisting on improving SEO and broader business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Owning design and implementation of PPC marketing
• Owning other online marketing channels and strategies, including working with third party agencies to assist with making
• Ensuring online marketing is optimized to maximise LTV and ROI
• Proposing, designing and implementing marketing strategies for new online channels
• Assessing and analyzing performance of different marketing campaigns
• Supporting on SEO, working with our SEO optimization contractor
• Assisting more broadly on growth related initiatives and topics as time allows

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on PPC
• Experience working with other online marketing channels preferred
• Ability to work well in a team
• Highly motivated professional with a "can do" attitude
• Strong analytical skills - ability to make data driven marketing decisions based on performance on individual channels / campaigns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
