Our client is an industry leading HR technology company who work with household names such as Vodafone, Harrods, Travis Perkins and more. They are searching for Growth Marketing Manager to join their marketing team to focus on new business lead generation. You will be expected to plan and execute the market strategy whilst looking after demand generation of inbound enquires to sales managers. Reporting to the CEO, within the Commercial Team, you will be expected to build brand awareness amongst target companies, contacts and influencers in the market
The ideal candidate will have previous experience across a B2B marketing role, preferably within a SaaS business environment. Or have previously worked within a small team or start up.
The successful applicant will ideally have strong content skills, and the ability to write and plan for Webinars, white papers, and blogs.
The team are all extremely proactive and work at a fast pace, and work between the hours of 0900-1800 with a 1630 finish on Fridays!
This is a permanent position, offering up to 3 days WFH, 2 days in office as well as a basic salary of £60k plus £5k bonus
Responsibilities include:
- Generate inbound enquiries to sales managers.
- Plan and execute the company marketing strategy.
- Build positive relationships with the top 200 target thinkers and influencers across the globe.
- Devise ideas for, write, publish and promote (e.g.via email, social)
- Devise ideas for, promote and host live events and webinars which are attended by target decision-makers.
- Build confidence and authority in the brand both internally and externally.
- Be custodian of the company brand assets such as the web site and social media accounts.
- Increase relevant social media followers and web site traffic
The Person
- At least 5-6 years' experience working across B2B marketing specifically across digital/ SaaS
- Ideally social media experience using tools such as Hootsuite
- Knowledge and experience in marketing areas including copywriting, social media, and user experience and user interface design and paid digital/social.
- Excellent Communications skills
