Head Of Ad Operations
£60k plus bonus
An exceptional opportunity for a Head Of Ad Operations to join a successful programmatic technology business who's proprietary technology provides clients the opportunity to create, activate and optimise on one single platform.
As Head of Ad Operations, you will manage a team of 5, oversee all campaign delivery and performance and spearhead the development of this division with your expert knowledge and experience within programmatic and ad operations.
Day to day team management
Implementation of best practice for the business and setting KPI's against measuring performance of campaigns
Working closely with product development and account management teams to ensure campaign goals are achieved
Advise, troubleshoot and support clients and oversee this across the operations team
Building new and existing relationships with DSP's and SSP partners along with making decisions on the best tech vendors to partner with
Experienced within Ad Operations and ideally in programmatic
Excellent market knowledge across the industry and across tech platforms
Practical DSP/SSP activation and optimisation experience
Comfortable in a client facing role
A desire to lead and manage, innovate and offer solutions to problems
