A global leading research agency is now looking to hire a Head of Project Management. This is a senior and important position for the company, where you will be responsible for managing a wide range of quantitative focussed operational research projects, delivering leadership and motivating teams.

About the role

• Determine clear objectives and drive implementation of strategy, identifying needs and best practices, working closely with senior leaders to establish service lines.
• Support research teams with client briefs through to delivery, helping advise on suitable methodologies for trackers, assessing situations and ensure negotiation with clients / suppliers to maximise profit.
• Leading the Project Management team, managing contracts with external suppliers, supporting and upskilling members of the team.
• Working on strategy and innovation to improve success of team, helping develop best practice.

About you

• Proven and experienced leader with strong ability in quantitative market research project management.
• Execution of strategic plans, going through change management, confidence, and ability to make understand and make financial decisions / implications.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, overseeing a variety of initiatives and managing teams.
• Confidence and proven experience in handling clients and suppliers, commercially astute, adapting to needs of the business and client.
