Are you an experienced B2B Head of Marketing looking to work for a leading tech company within the financial services sector?

This company are at the forefront of their market space and have experienced fantastic growth over the last 24 months, due to their market leading products and offerings. Due to the growth in the team they are now looking to bring in a new Head of Marketing to help further accelerate business growth and brand awareness as well as looking at the demand and lead generation. This role sits right across the business working with sales, product and customer service. As such they are looking for an experienced 360° B2B Head of Marketing, someone who is comfortable creating and executing the marketing strategy and working with key stakeholders throughout the business. If you're looking for a new role that offers full autonomy over the strategy and budget, then this could be the role for you!

The Role:

* As the Head of Marketing you with create and deliver the company marketing strategy, focusing on delivering integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate business leads
* Creating cross channel marketing campaign that drive sales initiatives, including email, social, paid, website and events
* Working with Salesforce and HubSpot to drive lead generation as well as acting as the internal expert on everything CRM and automation
* Creating, sourcing and proofreading content
* Analysing and reporting on key campaigns and initiatives keeping key stakeholder up-to-date

The Candidate:

* Having prior and proven experience working in a similar B2B marketing position ideally within tech/ software or finance is key to this position
* With experience of implementing marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and lead generation
* Proven experience of working with agencies, managing relationships and working with them to optimise campaigns.
* Experience in a B2B marketing role, with ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive sales leads
* Having experience working with marketing automation through salesforce and HubSpot (or similar automation platform)
