Are you an experienced Head of Marketing looking to work for one of the leading names in financial sector?

This business is market leader in the financial sector and work with some of the biggest names around the world offering best in class business solutions. They are looking to bring in an experienced Head of Marketing Operation to take ownership for the successful delivery of the global marketing strategy. This role will see you take charge of the strategy, design, execution and operations of key process, systems, marketing campaigns, automation, business reporting and the database. If you have a strong background in business technologies and experience in leading global teams then this is the role for you!

The Role:

* As the Head of Marketing Operations, you will lead the regional marketing teams. Making sure plans and strategies are executed in line with business goals.
* Working closely with portfolio marketing you will also manage the global marketing campaigns teams as well as looking after lead management, metric and marketing data. You'll also work closely with the team on key projects helping to align them with other key functions.
* Managing the analytics and business data team you will help to continue some key projects across both departments that are currently running. This will include executing the strategy for data governance looking at processes, standards, access control and documentation
* Leading the Business Tech and finances team you will oversee the budget and end to end management, team processes and change management. Managing the adoption implementation of new business tech across marketing and technology. Actively monitoring and reporting of the marketing department.
* Developing a content operations infrastructure to optimise the content supply chain and manage materials effectively

The Candidate:

* Having prior and proven experience in B2B Marketing and leading global marketing teams in a matrix environment within the financial sector is essential for this position
* With extensive experience and knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, Data, Analytics and Visualisation Tools and how they all work together ideally with hands on experience is key to this position
* Having a very strong understanding of the digital marketing space, analytic and data with the ability to report to senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
