JOB TITLE: Head of Operations and Project Management
SALARY: £60k - £75k

KEY DUTIES
- Lead European Data Consultancy team delivering high-quality data, delighting clients, overseeing projects and escalations effectively.
- Manage critical projects, align stakeholders on design, timelines, deliverables, improve processes, enhance quality and efficiency.
- Build client relationships, represent team, drive platform adoption, translate needs into improvements, coach team members.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experienced market research professional with strong project management, quantitative expertise, delivering bespoke data-driven insights consistently.
- Proven leader managing multidisciplinary teams, influencing stakeholders, prioritising effectively, ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented, client-focused delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communicator and problem solver, thrives under pressure, continuously learning, building trusted client relationships and solutions.
