We're currently recruiting for a Content Director to join our expanding global team. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing, mentoring and training the team of 4 conference producers.
• With the Conference Producers; research, construct and write world class conference programmes
• Manage the day to day activities of the conference production team and ensure that deadlines are met
• Identify and invite keynote speakers
• Personally produce and invite around 150 speakers a year
• Work with the marketing team to attract the audience
• Work with the sales team to ensure that the programmes are commercially attractive
