Up to £40,000 per annum


This brilliant opportunity comes through a leading Events organiser, within their training division. As a business they are the market-leading producer of events for the Public Sector and produce over 250 events annually to a targeted engaged audience.

As Programme Manager you will oversee all content across training courses. You will be part of a successful team helping to deliver innovative, pioneering, and thought-provoking courses for industry leading experts. You will manage a team of Programme Assistants, and Programme Managers, whilst driving idea generation for the portfolio, whilst looking for areas of growth. This is the ideal role for an exceptional event content/ research professional to join a thriving company and really make a difference to a renowned events company within the Public Sector, with chance to develop and progress.

The Role:

  • As Programme Manager you will be responsible for thorough industry research on a leading portfolio of training courses
  • Source leading industry trainers via phone, online, and interviews ensuring the best user experience
  • Develop and sustain effective relationships with partners and clients, with a view to increase collaboration for future years
  • Liaise and manage internal relationships with the Sales, Marketing and Operation teams to enable an integrated approach
  • Effectively manage event budgets, deadlines and targets to achieve the up most commercial success

The Candidate:

  • Demonstrate commercial understanding and recognise areas of potential growth
  • Your strong written and verbal communication skills will ensure you can successfully build relationships and network with external stakeholders, as well as liaise with different departments
  • Exceptional research skills will enable you digest the most relevant information and develop engaging and useful content
  • Ability to produce engaging copy for different mediums
  • Have an interest in and understanding of public policy will be an advantage
