Head of Sales .

Our client is a global, award winning multi brand business. Across this division they offer market intelligence and information services to their clients, across the Financial Services and Banking industries.

This new role will play an integral role building and maintaining client relationships to ensure retention and revenue growth, whilst driving new business revenue for the portfolio. It will be your responsibility to renew subscriptions and identify growth opportunities whilst working to a revenue target. You will be self-motivated, enjoy selling and looking at complex data sets, whilst being able to engage senior decision makers.

The Role

• Hit and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis for your portfolio of products.
• Manage and grow revenues from key client accounts, whilst prospecting for new business
• Develop and implement growth and sales strategy for all products in key regions - EMEA, APAC and America.
• Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends of various Financial Institutions and extract insights for new revenue streams.
• Responsible for managing the sales forecasting process.

The Person

• Strong sales experience of selling research and/or complex data sets
• First class interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to engage key decision makers.
• Experience of selling to financial services.
• Proven ability to effectively interpret, communicate and have an in-depth understanding of the product range.
• Ability to work quickly to deadlines, delivering high quality outputs.
