Position: Head of Sales

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 basic + OTE

Do you have experience as a commercial player manager within the fintech or SaaS space and are you looking for a new opportunity?

The Company:

This exciting high growth fintech start-up company are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and grow their commercial team. The platform they offer is utilised to assist professionals across the financial sector in streamline end-to-end mortgage service to their clients operating as a B2B2C model. Backed by a market leading financial business, they have strong relationships with 6 of the UK's largest banks and are developing systems alongside their in-house teams as well as incorporating the best fintech innovations. They are the only business in the market that are doing a service specific to the brokerage sector, therefore no real competition in the market to date!

With outstanding offices located in London, offering a collaborative working culture you will thrive within a company set on progression where you'll be involved in a global expansion within your first 2 years and play a huge part in helping to grow this! The Role:

  • Selling the platform to clients directly to deliver maximise revenue.
  • Successfully manage a pipeline of opportunities to build healthy relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Attend key industry events and meetings to develop and widen your contact base.
  • Identify new areas for lead generation to foster new opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of 4 junior salespeople to deliver their outbound sales activities to grow new revenue streams.
  • Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy, processes and work-flow to deliver maximum customer value and growth targets.

The candidate:

  • Strong leadership and sales experience in similar fintech or SaaS company with a proven track record of closing deals in order to deliver per agreed targets.
  • At least 5 years experience in sales to ensure you can hit the ground running!
  • At least 2 years managing/mentoring/coaching in a commercial setting.
  • A passion for a high growth start-up environment
