This role is vital to drive one of the large network agencies business growth by helping fuel development of their clients, new business prospects, brand and overall company culture.
The role will be broad a multi-functional across all areas of B2B marketing. You will be responsible for the overall direction of the agencies marketing efforts and lead a tight specialist team to deliver the narrative, brand, profile and thought leadership, awards and events.
You must be working for media, digital or creative media agency in order to apply for this position.
The Role
- Ensuring the agency has a compelling narrative across all areas of the business from credentials to their CRM to all internal communications.
- PR and Thought Leadership - building the profiles of key leadership and in-house specialists, as well as delivering leadership agency POV, white papers and speaker opportunities at the most business critical client and industry events.
- Events - ensuring the agency has a presence at key industry events, leading the management and delivery of presence from; driving the right content, negotiating contracts with suppliers, overseeing the production of bespoke collateral, or coordinating our people on the ground.
- Awards - Ensuring they are amongst the most successful agency networks for the most important awards programmes.
- You'll keep an eye on the market - what exciting new things are happening and ensure they are part of industry conversations
The Candidate
- Experienced B2B marketeer within a media agency and understand how the industry operates
- You will have experience setting-up and running events
- A proven ability to craft compelling stories
- Be skilled in recognising and supporting local nuances and differences to come to the surface inside a globally consistent communications framework.
